  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and olive oil; mix well.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add marinated shrimp, and cook for 6-7 minutes until done. Remove shrimp from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, butter, and chopped vegetables; stir-fry for about 10 minutes until tender.
  5. Return cooked shrimp to the skillet, mix well, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
