Instructions
- Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and olive oil; mix well.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add marinated shrimp, and cook for 6-7 minutes until done. Remove shrimp from the skillet.

- Return cooked shrimp to the skillet, mix well, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
